Making Sense of My Experience Workbook

£7.50

A gentle reflection workbook for women navigating gynaecological and hormonal health

When you're navigating a gynaecological or hormonal health experience, it can affect so much more than your physical wellbeing. Symptoms, body changes, appointments, treatments and uncertainty can bring up a whole range of emotions and may change how you feel about your body, your relationships and yourself. This flexible workbook can be used for those with chronic pain and any limiting conditions.

Making Sense of My Experience is a gentle, 7 page self-guided workbook created to offer you a quiet space to pause, reflect and explore the emotional impact of what you've been through — at your own pace. A stepping stone towards considering therapy.

Created by Counselling with Charlotte, this workbook invites you to acknowledge your feelings without judgement, recognise what has changed for you and consider what you might need moving forward.

Inside the workbook, you'll find:

  • Checking in with yourself — explore your current feelings and notice what has been taking up emotional space.

  • Your relationship with your body — reflect on the changes, challenges and things you appreciate about your body.

  • The emotional impact — consider how your experience may have affected your confidence, relationships, identity and everyday life.

  • What you need now — identify the support, boundaries and small acts of care that may help you through the next steps.

  • Added extra - affirmations jar activity — create a collection of kind, supportive reminders to return to when body image or self-critical thoughts feel difficult.

A space just for you

You don't need to have all the answers, and you don't need to feel a certain way about your experience. You may feel sadness, relief, anger, hope, uncertainty or a mixture of emotions — all of these feelings can have a place.

This workbook isn't about forcing positivity or learning to love every part of your body. It's about making room for your experience, practising self-compassion and recognising that you deserve kindness and care exactly as you are.

Your download includes

  • A digital 7 page PDF workbook to use in your own time.

  • Guided reflection prompts and space to write.

  • A practical affirmations jar exercise.

  • Gentle reminders to support self-understanding and emotional wellbeing.

Please remember: This workbook is intended for personal reflection and general emotional wellbeing. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace medical advice, assessment or treatment. If you have new, worsening or concerning physical symptoms, please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional.

You deserve a confidential space to explore the emotional impact of your experiences, at your own pace.

Please note - This workbook is non-refundable
